Main Set 4x through

-OH Squat w/PVC pipe or Aluminum 10 lb Bar

-OH KB carry walk 100 meters

-60 Sec chair tuck up

-Serratus toss x 15

-KB Press each arm x 10

-Knees to elbows x 5

-Jump rope x 60 sec
