Set 1-- 3x through

    -Bulgarian split squats 8-10 each leg

     Rest

     -Turkish get-ups 2-3 each arm

     Rest

     -KB step ups 8-10 each leg

 

Set 2-- 7 min continuous

     -7 high jumps

    -7 burpees

     -7 KB swings
