Group Warmup + Deadlift Practice

-Shoulder press 8-10 reps

-Flutter Kick 45 sec

-KB bottoms up walking 50 ft each arm

-12 minutes (teams of 2, taking terms)

>12 slam balls

>20 wall balls

>10 pull ups
